§11A-3-69 Effect of repeal.
§11A-3-69. Effect of repeal.The repeal of the provisions of sections thirty-nine, thirty-nine-a, thirty-nine-b and forty-one, article four of this chapter which was affected by the recodification of this article and article four of this chapter as the result of the enactment of chapter eighty-seven, acts of the Legislature, regular session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-four, shall not be construed to affect any right established or accrued pursuant to those provisions.
