2005 West Virginia Code - §48-27-309. — Priority of petitions.
§48-27-309. Priority of petitions.Any petition filed under the provisions of this article shall be given priority over any other civil action before the court, except actions in which trial is in progress, and shall be docketed immediately upon filing.
