§30-9-10. Not substantially equivalent certificate requirements.The board shall issue a certificate to an applicant of good moral character who holds a valid out-of-state certificate but who does not qualify for a certificate under the provisions of section nine of this article if the applicant meets the education, experience, examination and continuing education requirements specified by the board by rule.
