§30-5-18. Limitation of sale of poisonous, deleterious and habit- forming drugs.

The sale, holding for sale, or offering for sale at retail of any poisonous, deleterious, or habit-forming drug, or any injection, or any other medicine if the contents of its container, or any part thereof, taken at one time, are likely to prove poisonous, deleterious, or habit-forming is prohibited by any person other than a registered pharmacist, who shall take precautions to acquaint the purchaser of the nature of such drug, medicine or injection at the time of sale.
