§30-4A-18. Rule-making authority.The Board shall propose additional rules for legislative approval in accordance with the provisions of article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code to implement the provisions of this article including, but not limited to, the following:
(a) Fees;
(b) Evaluations;
(c) Equipment; and
(d) Education.
