2005 West Virginia Code - §30-35-9. — Contents of license or provisional permit.
§30-35-9. Contents of license or provisional permit.Each license or provisional permit issued by the board shall bear a serial number, the full name of the applicant, the date of expiration of any such license, or the date of issuance and expiration of any such provisional permit and the seal of the board, and shall be signed by the secretary of the board. The licensee shall display the license in his or her place of business in view of the public.
