§30-31-12. Penalties.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article, any of the reasonable rules promulgated hereunder or any order or any final decision of the board is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned in the county jail not more than six months, or both fined and imprisoned.
