§30-10A-9. Responsibilities of individual boards, coordination between boards, rule-making authority.The board is responsible for the implementation and enforcement of this article. After consultation with the board of pharmacy, the board shall propose legislative rules for promulgation in accordance with the provisions of article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code to implement the provisions of this article.
