§18B-2B-6a. Transfer of funds; council authority to expend funds.On the effective date of this section, the unexpended balance remaining in the appropriation for the West Virginia council for community and technical education is transferred from the commission to the authority of the council to be expended by the council to carry out the purposes of this article.
