§5-20-9. Interpretation of section.The provisions of this article shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the purposes of the commission as set forth in the aforesaid executive order No. 15-78, and none of the provisions of this section may be construed so as to limit the primary purpose of the commission as set forth in said executive order.
