§5-16-19. Authorization to take advantage of acts of congress, accept gifts, grants and matching funds.The public employees insurance agency is authorized to take full advantage of the benefits and provisions of any acts of congress and to accept any and all gifts, grants and matching funds, whether in the form of money or services.
