RCW 70A.15.6430 Refrigerants—Rules—Enforcement provisions, limitations.
The department shall adopt rules to implement RCW 70A.15.6410 and 70A.15.6420. Rules shall include but not be limited to minimum performance specifications for refrigerant extraction equipment, as well as procedures for enforcing RCW 70A.15.6410 and 70A.15.6420.
Enforcement provisions adopted by the department shall not include penalties or fines in areas where equipment to collect or recycle regulated refrigerants is not readily available.
