RCW 71.24.350 Behavioral health ombuds office.

The authority shall require each behavioral health organization to provide for a separately funded behavioral health ombuds office in each behavioral health organization that is independent of the behavioral health organization. The ombuds office shall maximize the use of consumer advocates.
