71.05.380 Rights of voluntarily committed persons.

RCW 71.05.380 Rights of voluntarily committed persons.

All persons voluntarily entering or remaining in any facility, institution, or hospital providing evaluation and treatment for mental disorders or substance use disorders shall have no less than all rights secured to involuntarily detained persons by RCW 71.05.360 and 71.05.217.
