RCW 70.97.050 Right to refuse antipsychotic medication.

A person who is gravely disabled or presents a likelihood of serious harm as a result of a mental or chemical dependency disorder or co-occurring mental and chemical dependency disorders has a right to refuse antipsychotic medication. Antipsychotic medication may be administered over the person's objections only pursuant to RCW 71.05.215 or 71.05.217.
