RCW 70.95.267 Department authorized to disburse referendum 26 (RCW 43.83.330) fund for local government solid waste projects.
The department is authorized to use referendum 26 (RCW 43.83.330) funds of the Washington futures account to disburse to local governments in developing solid waste recovery and/or recycling projects.
