RCW 30B.08.020 Limited liability company—Organization or conversion—Approval of director—Conditions—Application of chapter 25.15 RCW—Definitions.
(1) The provisions of RCW 30A.08.025 shall govern the organization, conversion, approval of the director, and other matters incidental to the formation and operation of a state trust company as a limited liability company.
(2) The director may adopt rules necessary to clarify, interpret, and implement this section.
