11.98A.090 Statutory trust advisor's right to request information and bring proceedings.

RCW 11.98A.090 Statutory trust advisor's right to request information and bring proceedings.

(1) Except to the extent that the governing instrument provides otherwise, a statutory trust advisor may request the trustee or a beneficiary to provide such information as is reasonably necessary to enable the statutory trust advisor to perform the specific duties or functions given to the statutory trust advisor under the governing instrument.

(2) Except to the extent that the governing instrument provides otherwise, a statutory trust advisor may file a petition under chapter 11.96A RCW for the determination of any matter relating to the specific duties or functions given to the statutory trust advisor under the governing instrument.
