82.38.245 Bankruptcy proceedings—Notice.
RCW 82.38.245 Bankruptcy proceedings—Notice. (Effective until July 1, 2016.)
A special fuel licensee, who files or against whom is filed a petition in bankruptcy, shall, within ten days of the filing, notify the department of the proceedings in bankruptcy, including the identity and location of the court in which the proceedings are pending.

A licensee who files a petition for bankruptcy, or against whom a petition for bankruptcy is filed, must notify the department within ten days of the filing, including the name and location of the court in which the petition was filed.
