RCW 70.96B.110 Involuntary chemical dependency treatment proceedings — Prosecuting attorney shall represent petitioner.

The prosecuting attorney of the county in which an action under this chapter is taken must represent the petitioner in judicial proceedings under this chapter for the involuntary chemical dependency treatment of a person, including any judicial proceeding where the person sought to be treated for chemical dependency challenges the action.
