RCW 13.32A.095 Unauthorized leave from crisis residential center — Notice to parents, law enforcement, and the department.
The administrator of a crisis residential center shall notify parents, the appropriate law enforcement agency, and the department immediately as to any unauthorized leave from the center by a child placed at the center.
