RCW 43.99B.032 Administration of proceeds.

The proceeds from the sale of the bonds deposited in the outdoor recreation account of the general fund shall be allocated to the recreation and conservation funding board as grants to public bodies for the acquisition and development of outdoor recreational areas and facilities within the jurisdiction of the agencies, departments, or public bodies or to any agency or department of the state of Washington, subject to legislative appropriation. The recreation and conservation funding board may use or permit the use of any funds derived from the sale of the bonds authorized under RCW 43.99B.028 through 43.99B.040 as matching funds in any case where federal, local, or other funds are made available on a matching basis for projects within the purposes of RCW 43.99B.028 through 43.99B.040.
