RCW 43.99A.070 Proceeds from sale of bonds — Administration — Disposition and use.

The proceeds from the sale of bonds deposited in the outdoor recreation account of the general fund under the terms of RCW 43.99A.050 shall be administered by the recreation and conservation funding board. All such proceeds shall be divided into two equal shares. One share shall be allocated for the acquisition and development of outdoor recreation areas and facilities on behalf of the state as the legislature may direct by appropriation. The other share shall be allocated to public bodies as defined in RCW 79A.25.010 for the acquisition and development of outdoor recreational areas and facilities within the jurisdiction of such public bodies. The recreation and conservation funding board is authorized to use or permit the use of any funds derived from the sale of bonds authorized under this chapter as matching funds in any case where federal or other funds are made available on a matching basis for projects within the purposes of this chapter.
