RCW 43.83B.220 Contractual agreements.

In addition to the powers granted by RCW 43.83B.210, the director of the department of ecology or his or her designee is authorized to make contractual agreements in accordance with provisions of this chapter on behalf of the state of Washington. Contractual agreements shall include provisions to secure such loans, and shall assure the proper and timely payment of said loans or loan portions of combination loans and grants.
