RCW 43.83.122 General obligation bonds — Legislature may provide additional means for payment.

The legislature may provide additional means for raising moneys for the payment of the principal of and interest on the bonds authorized herein, and RCW 43.83.110 through 43.83.126 shall not be deemed to provide an exclusive method for such payment.
