43.83 Capital improvements.
43.83.062 Limited obligation bonds -- Proceeds to be deposited in state building construction account -- Use.
RCW 43.83.062 Limited obligation bonds — Proceeds to be deposited in state building construction account — Use.
The proceeds from the sale of the bonds authorized herein shall be deposited in the state building construction account of the general fund and shall be used exclusively for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of the capital appropriation act of 1961, and for payment of the expense incurred in the printing, issuance, and sale of such bonds.
