Title 49 Labor regulations
49.48 Wages -- Payment -- Collection.
49.48.115 Employer defined.

For the purposes of RCW 49.48.120 the word "employer" shall include every person, firm, partnership, corporation, the state of Washington, and all municipal corporations.
