Title 46 Motor vehicles
46.12 Certificates of title.
46.12.200 State or director not liable for acts in administering chapter.
No suit or action shall ever be commenced or prosecuted against the director of licensing or the state of Washington by reason of any act done or omitted to be done in the administration of the duties and responsibilities imposed upon the director under this chapter.
