30.08 Organization and powers

30.08.100 Dissolved national bank may become state bank or trust company.

30.08.110 National bank may do trust business.

30.08.120 Trust business of national bank subject to state regulations.

30.08.130 Reorganization of state bank or trust company as national bank.
