26.26 Uniform parentage act.
26.26.545 Joinder of proceedings.

(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, a proceeding to adjudicate parentage may be joined with a proceeding for: Adoption or termination of parental rights under chapter 26.33 RCW; determination of a parenting plan, child support, annulment, dissolution of marriage, or legal separation under chapter 26.09 or 26.19 RCW; or probate or administration of an estate under chapter 11.48 or 11.54 RCW, or other appropriate proceeding.

     (2) A respondent may not join the proceedings described in subsection (1) of this section with a proceeding to adjudicate parentage brought under *chapter 26.21 RCW.
