2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 90.66.910: Severability — Initiative Measure No. 59.

    If any provision of this act, or its application to any person, organization, or circumstance is held invalid or unconstitutional, the remainder of the act, or the application of the provision to other persons, organizations, or circumstances is not affected.
