2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 90.03.591: New watershed agreements prohibited after July 1, 2008.

    The department may not enter into new watershed agreements under RCW 90.03.590 after July 1, 2008. This section does not apply to the renewal of agreements in effect prior to that date.
