2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 90.03.471: Disposition of fees.

    All fees, collections and revenues derived under RCW 90.03.470 or by virtue of RCW 90.03.180, shall be used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the work and performing the functions of the division of water resources of the department.
