2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 89.30.712: Delinquency and sale in general improvement and divisional districts — Certificate of sale may include several tracts.

    In case of a sale to a person or a district of more than one parcel or tract of land, the several parcels or tracts may be included in one certificate.
