2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 89.30.694: Delinquency and sale in general improvement and divisional districts — Resolution to convey property acquired by district — Price.

    Authority to convey any property thus acquired must be conferred by resolution of the board entered on its minutes fixing the price at which such sale may be made.
