2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 79.105.280: Rents and fees for recovery of mineral or geothermal resources.

    Rents and fees for the mining or other recovery of mineral or geothermal resources shall be established through competitive bidding, negotiations, or as otherwise provided by statute.
