2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 72.66.034: Applicant\'s personality and conduct — Examination.

    Prior to the granting of any furlough, the secretary shall examine the applicant's personality and past conduct and determine whether or not he represents a satisfactory risk for furlough. The secretary shall not grant a furlough to any person whom he believes represents an unsatisfactory risk.
