2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 67.70.140: Penalty for unlicensed activity.
(1) Any person who conducts any activity for which a license is required by this chapter, or by rule of the commission, without the required license, is guilty of a class B felony punishable according to chapter
9A.20 RCW.
(2) If any corporation conducts any activity for which a license is required by this chapter, or by rule of the commission, without the required license, it may be punished by forfeiture of its corporate charter, in addition to the other penalties set forth in this section.
