2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 64.35.310: Five-year building envelope warranty.

    The minimum coverage for the building envelope warranty is five years for defects in the building envelope of a condominium, including a defect which permits unintended water penetration so that it causes, or is likely to cause, material damage to the unit or common elements.
