2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 46.87.294: Refusal under federal prohibition.

    The department shall refuse to register a vehicle under this chapter if the registrant or motor carrier responsible for the safety of the vehicle has been prohibited under federal law from operating by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
