2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 46.87.210: Refusal of application from nonreciprocal jurisdiction.

    The department may refuse to accept proportional registration applications for the registration of vehicles based in another jurisdiction if the department finds that the other jurisdiction does not grant similar registration privileges to fleet vehicles based in or owned by residents of this state.
