2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 46.70.136: Manufactured homes — Warranty disputes.

    The *department may mediate disputes that arise regarding any warranty required in chapter 46.70 RCW pertaining to the purchase or installation of a manufactured home. The department may charge reasonable fees for this service and shall deposit the moneys collected in accordance with RCW 43.63B.080.
