2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 46.38.060: State officers for the filing of documents and receipt of notices.

    Filing of documents as required by Article III(j) of the compact shall be with the chief of the state patrol. Any and all notices required by commission bylaws to be given pursuant to Article III(j) of the compact shall be given to the commissioner of this state, his alternate, if any, and the chief of the state patrol.
