2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 46.29.020: Definitions.

    (1) The term "owner" as used in this chapter shall mean registered owner as defined in RCW 46.04.460.

         (2) The term "registration" as used in this chapter shall mean the certificate of license registration issued under the laws of this state.
