2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.99D.050: Legislature may provide additional means for payment of bonds.

    The legislature may provide additional means for raising moneys for the payment of the principal and interest of the bonds authorized in this chapter, and this chapter shall not be deemed to provide an exclusive method for such payment.
