2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.83H.166: Administration of proceeds.

    The proceeds from the sale of the bonds authorized in RCW 43.83H.160 through 43.83H.170 and 43.83H.912 and deposited in the state social and health services construction account in the general fund shall be administered by the secretary of the department of social and health services.
