2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.83.200: Deposit of proceeds in state building construction account — Use.

    The proceeds from the sale of the bonds authorized in RCW 43.83.198 shall be deposited in the state building construction account in the general fund and shall be used exclusively for the purposes specified in RCW 43.83.198 and for the payment of expenses incurred in the issuance and sale of the bonds.
