2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.83.166: Legislature may provide additional means for payment of bonds.

    The legislature may provide additional means for raising moneys for the payment of the principal of and interest on the bonds authorized in RCW 43.83.150 through 43.83.170, and RCW 43.83.150 through 43.83.170 shall not be deemed to provide an exclusive method for the payment.
