the Revised Code of Washington
2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.83.164: Payment on certain bonds from state general obligation bond retirement fund prohibited.
No bonds issued pursuant to Article VIII, section 1(f) of the Constitution of the state of Washington shall be made payable from the state general obligation bond retirement fund.
