2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.83.146: General obligation bonds — Legal investment for state and other public bodies.

    The bonds authorized in RCW 43.83.130 through 43.83.148 shall be a legal investment for all state funds or funds under state control and for all funds of any other public body.
